Hi everybody !! Yes there is so many Mantas and Humpback Whales all over !, the water its so clear and not so cold only 72 degrees, nurse sharks and jacks crusing along the reefs, the sea lions are falling in love ! they are getting ready to their mating time of the year! They are so playful! , also lots of diamond stingrays and guitar fish, the marine life its amazing ! Snorkeling with whales and kayaking has been reallly fun!. after a few years of working together for the conservation of Cabo Pulmo Marine Park its finnally paying off !,I had so said that last week the oldest man in town just passed away , he was a 107 years old and he used to dive for pearls in the 1940s so we lost 100 years and plus of information from the Sea of Cortez :(, I can say I was very fortunate to talk to him and I even interview him on a record machine about his amazing experiences in this area ,next time you stop by please ask me about him , he was one of my best friends around here , he left about 97 grey gran childs and about 15 sons and dauthters , the larger family in Cabo Pulmo, unfortuanlly he died of oldnest , he and me we used to drink tequila, and he even used to smoke and drink coffee every morning. Great man ! Don chuy ! As you can see living around here can get you to 100 years plus , it may be due to the style of living , nice and quiet, great food always fresh fish, and great environment ! So lets try to keep this place the way it is underdevelope that was his dream ! So please help us up to protect it ! Until Next Time ! Your Dive Buddy Pepe Murrieta
