Cabo Pulmo,a 4 de Octubre de 2002. Como estan !! October it’s the best time of the year for Scuba Diving and Snorkeling This week the diving was supreme, nite diving was probably the most spectacular, octopus, lobsters, sleeping parrot fish , sea cucumbers, and the fosforence it was increible, let me tell you about this month in particular, in the last five years, I had seem amazing staff like Oar Fish, Whale Sharks, Pacific Giant Manta, 800 pounds Jew Fish, and increible schools of fish !!, the Sea of Cortez it’s the richiest sea in the world, and I think we are very lucky to dive in this beautifull area. Pepe’s Dive Center Dive Report : Surface Temperature : 82 Degreeds Bottom Temperature : 80 Degreeds Thermocline : at 130 feet Underwater Visibility : 90 Feet Highlites : Nite Diving Cabo Pulmo Marine Park By Pepe’s Foundation This coming week we will start a project to monitor the coral reef and the fish, Marine Biologist from Veracruz but they are working in La Paz ( Local University) , it seem like we have a serious problem with our Elegan Coral, it’s the most predominant coral in the Sea of Cortez, so I will keep you post , stay tune !!!
